Mark your calendars and invite your friends for a free concert put on by Castro Valley Adult & Career Education at the Castro Valley Center of the Arts. Kathy Maier will lead the Castro Valley Community Band in a concert called "Wet, Wild and Wonderful." to welcome the coming of Spring.
